International shipping- Where's my order?Updated a year ago

Most orders will ship out of Chicago within 1-3 business days, if not sooner. International shipping can include lengthened delivery timelines due customs processes.

If you haven’t received tracking information for an order, check back the following business day as the delivery services may not have received the numbers in their systems yet. Our shipping partners receive order numbers and tracking numbers from us at the close of business five (5) days a week.

Once your package leaves our facilities, the carrier will be able to provide package statuses and updates. Tracking and carrier information is sent to the email address used at checkout, and will likely change hands to Canadian Post for the last updates of your delivery’s journey.
