Is my Grow Light covered under my warranty?Updated a year ago

All of our Grow Lights are covered under our 3 year Limited Warranty. To qualify for a repair, customer must provide proof of purchase indicating purchase within the last 3 years. Criteria to warrant repair can include an inability to connect to wifi/app, no longer powering up, a buzzing or musical tone when in use, and or a replacement of the corded on/off switch.

The Modern Sprout Technology Warranty does not cover:

• Improper use
• Commercial use
• Re-sale items
• Pet-related damages
• Undue water damage
• Modifications made by the customer or retailer of any kind.
