While we love reuse and sustainable consumer practices, warranties do not cover resale items, nor items without a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase should include the following: A written description of the item intended to be serviced, the quantity of that item in the order, the date of purchase and – in some cases – the purchaser’s name.
This documentation can include but is not limited to: shipping confirmation emails, invoices, receipts and/or order summaries.
